COMPENSATION

You will indemnify, defend and hold Recruitme, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors in interest, officers, managers, agents, licensees and employees, free from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, facts by any third party in connection with or as a result of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use or your violation of the rights of any third party, including the violation of the intellectual property rights of a third party for your Submissions. The user agrees not to hold Recruitme responsible for any action, inaction, omission or misstatement made by other users, or for any damage derived from the Services or the Site.

VIOLATIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE; TERMINATION

Without prior notice and at our sole discretion, Recruitme reserves the right to terminate your account and access to our Site without refund and to block future access to our Site for any violation of these Terms of Use.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Any express waiver or lack of immediate exercise of any right under these Terms of Use will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-application.
